NTU Tamil Literary Society

This is a course based project in which TLS alumnus run workshops for our TLS juniors on basic but essential skills that are required for them to know in their future working world. These include interview skills, resume writing, finance & basic excel techniques which will add value to their overall esteem. This new initiative went fairly well and it will be continued in the next academic year in Semester 2 with more focused topics that were requested from Juniors as well. It will be continued this year as well, depending on what our juniors want to learn from us too.

இது ஒரு பாடநெறி அடிப்படையிலான திட்டமாகும். இதில் TLS முன்னாள் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் TLS தற்போதைய மாணவர்களுக்கு எதிர்காலத்தில் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டிய அடிப்படை மற்றும் அத்தியாவசிய திறன்களைப் பற்றிய பட்டறைகளை நடத்துகின்றனர். வேலைவாய்ப்பு நேர்காணல் திறன்கள், தற்குறிப்பு எழுதுதல், நிதி மற்றும் அடிப்படை எக்செல் நுட்பங்கள் பற்றிய பட்டறைகள் கூடுதல் மதிப்பு சேர்க்க உதவும். இந்த புதிய முயற்சி மிகவும் சிறப்பாகச் சென்றது. இது அடுத்த கல்வியாண்டில் செமஸ்டர் 2 மாணவர்களிடமிருந்து அதிக கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப்பட்ட தலைப்புகளுடன் மட்டுமல்லாமல் எங்களிடமிருந்து என்ன கற்றுக்கொள்ள விரும்புகிறார்கள் என்பதைப் பொறுத்து தொடரும்.
